Tattoo ink is another place to find mercury poisoning

Today I found an additional article on the contents of ink used to make tattoos. This is important information as I certainly did not know how much undesirable chemicals and toxins are in tattoo ink. It is also in many beauty products like  mascara however, thus far we are not poisoning the pets so much with mascara, just vaccines, tattoos and foods.

Many tattoo inks contain heavy metals that have been linked to a large number of health problems, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Among the most concerning metals found in tattoos are mercury, lead, antimony, beryllium, cadmium and arsenic

As we are learning how much the pets foods are composed of undesirable chemicals, toxins, heavy metals, genetically engineered components, this is one more reason to know your pets toxin load. I have been working the past 3 months on learning the many routes of detoxification for the people and the pets and plan to bring that information forward in my consultation service. The tattoo is one more important route of heavy metal exposure that everyone needs to be aware of. Despite the fact many are having their pets  micro-chipped…….I still run into ear and belly tattoos in the animals for identification purposes. Perhaps there are “safe” inks that can be used but in any regards, something to think about when calculating your toxin load. There seems to be a dangerous trend over seas of tattoos being put on pets….let’s not see that sail over to this continent as the pets have enough toxins to deal with as it is.cat with tattoo
